Hi q6p and a warm welcome to Nature UK.
It certainly looks like a spider sp with spiderlings but i'm not sure which species. If they are, i presume, a UK species then, unless you want to remove them, i would leave them where they are as they won't cause you any issues.
I would wait for futher opinions as to precisely which sp it/they is/are.

They look like Pholcus phalangioides, cellar or daddy long legs spider. We have them in our house and they help to keep down the numbers of big house spiders which give me the shudders, so we tolerate them
